How to Book

Booking an Encounters Europe educational tour couldn’t be simpler.  Just follow our three-step booking process:

1. Plan your tour

  • Decide where you'd like to go and when, and approximately how many people you want to take
  • Send us your quote request, or
  • Call us on 0121 504 2030 
  • We'll send you a quotation within 48 hours.

2. Promote your tour!

  • If you're happy with the quote let us know and we'll reserve space at the hotel/hostel.
  • Launch the trip.
  • You have three weeks* to confirm your booking. 

3. Confirm your booking!

  • Return your completed booking form with a first deposit* of £25 per paying person for coach trips, or £150 for air trips, within 21 days to secure your booking.
  • We will send you your Confirmation of Booking with details of arrangements.
  • Pay a second deposit of 30% of the tour price eight weeks later.
  • Final payment is due ten weeks before departure.  We will forward your final travel details, itineraries and luggage labels after receipt of your final payment.
