Spain
Spain is home to many different heritages, making it a popular destination for trips to suit a wide range of interests.
Famous for its history, music and artistic talent, Spain represents one of the most important cultural highlights of the world, with over 1,400 museums and libraries to house its graphic museum collections.
Its most important library, the National Library in Madrid, contains over 25 million items, including an extraordinary collection of recordings and manuscripts.
With Romanesque, Gothic, Renaissance and baroque art widely available to explore throughout the country, important examples of architecture cannot be forgotten, including Charles V Palace in Granada and the El Escorial monastery in Madrid.
Situated at the far South-West point of Europe, Spain offers a range of diverse outlining coasts, surrounded by different seas and oceans. It is also home to three mountain ranges, the Pyrenees, the Andalusian and the Catalan mountains.
