Italian Gourmet Course

These courses are designed to support and enhance food education at school. They have been created as a celebration of the diverse and delicious range of food available in the world, and the health benefits – and pleasures – of preparing and eating good quality, fresh and culturally distinct produce.
These courses support food technology teaching at Key Stages 2 and 3 and involve elements enhancing cultural awareness in the Modern Foreign Languages Curriculum. The courses have great supplementary benefits to Key Stage 4 pupils.

What is it about?
This course of Italian gourmet food is simply a feast for the senses. We will introduce you to the traditional cuisine and flavours of Venice and Italy and why we are still so enthusiastic about this food today!

Please note that our course itineraries are a suggestion only and  can be modified to suit individual needs. All prices are based on35 pupils and may vary if alternative accommodation is used. Air prices are for guidance only and may be subject to change depending on availability of flights at the time of booking.
