That’s why Encounters Europe, a fully accredited, bonded and licensed tour operator, is with you every step of the way, providing support, information and making all arrangements on your behalf to ensure all those in your group have the time of their lives.

The success of any company depends on the enthusiasm, skills and knowledge of its people so we always take special care in recruiting and training our staff. From the very first phone call you will deal with your own dedicated, professional and experienced Account Manager who will always be on hand to offer any assistance you require. Your Account Manager will guide you through every stage of the process, from the initial enquiry until you return home and start planning your next trip!
