We may offer you optional extra items, but when we do we will indicate any additional costs.

Unless specifically stated otherwise your quotation will include the following: 

For coach trips:

  • Door-to-door travel by coach, channel crossings and road tolls
  • Accommodation and meals as arranged
  • Comprehensive travel insurance (if required)
  • Use of your coach for local excursions (subject to EU driver’s hours regulations)
  • Dedicated services of your personal Account Manager
  • Full itinerary booking service
  • Risk Assessments and Safety Audits
  • ABTA bonding
  • 24 hour emergency hotline
  • Free places on a 1:8 ratio

For air trips:

  • Return flights by scheduled or chartered airline from a London airport (quotes for regional airports are available on request)
  • Airport transfers at the destination (Please note: Transfers to and from the departure airport can be arranged if required)
  • ATOL bonding
  • Free places on a 1:10 ratio

  • FREE supervisory places
